I just wanted to add another comment. I walked into a ridiculously nice house in the middle of this mess. It was incredible inside. I talked to some others that have been here before and they said they remember that area. It was nice before, but the infrastructure has deteriorated so severely that roads are difficult to come by.

Steve - it's eerie that the nice areas are in such disrepair, but exciting that they stand out in you and your guys' minds; you should be focusing on the good things, the things you're trying to build and bring back, instead of focusing on what's bad, hopeless, or lost for good.
