This was a picture from a Company Fun Run honoring SFC Henkes. My guys all have shirts from this race called Kid One, which raises money to transport poor children to hospitals for treatment. SFC Henkes ran the race the previous year and they dedicated this year's race to him. We ran our own race in conjunction with theirs. These are my guys looking good. My Company Commander is sitting on the Stryker third from the right. My Platoon Sergeant is second from the right on the Stryker. cough cough, I'm on the far left looking swole.
